About Us
Helping Orange County's ethnic communities — especially our seniors
We work with families and individuals who've run into walls — language barriers, unfamiliar systems, not knowing who to call. Over 15 years, we've built trust by showing up consistently: hosting events, running programs, and being a familiar face when people need one.
We're part of OC's Multi-Ethnic Collaborative, a group of community organizations that share resources instead of working alone. Over the years we've run mental health outreach, youth summer camps, and workshops for parents and caregivers. A lot of our regulars are seniors who come for the company as much as the programming.
Our Mission
We help underserved ethnic communities in Orange County access things that shouldn't be hard to find: youth education, mental health support, and senior care. Many people in our community arrived here and had to figure everything out from scratch. We want to make that easier.
Office Hours
Free help sessions on a set schedule. Bring the phone, the letter or the form — a volunteer will sit down and work through it with you.
Legal Help Desk
A legal aid volunteer, once a month: make sense of a letter from a court or an agency, work out the next step, and find out whether you need a lawyer of your own. Not attorneys, and no cases are taken on.

Two rooms, run by OCCCS student volunteers: group help with phones and tablets, and one-to-one translation of letters, bills and forms.
